On Friday, SSC Napoli officially announced the signing of Tnaguy Ndombele, a day after completing his medicals at Villa Stuart in Rome. The midfielder joins Napoli on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspurs. Napoli will pay €500,000 for the loan and have an option to purchase the midfielder for €30 million. According to CalcioNapoli24, Napoli will pay Ndombele €2.5 million, while Tottenham will cover the balance of his contract. Friday, SSC Napoli confirmed that midfielder Diego Demme suffered a blunt trauma to his left foot during training on Thursday. Further examinations revealed an infringement of the cuboid of the left foot. According to AreaNapoli.it, Demme suffered two small fracture in his left foot. He will wear special footwear for five days to keep the foot in a more comfortable position. Demme has already begun rehabilitations but the injury could keep him out of action until the September international break.

Giovanni Simeone is officially an SSC Napoli player. The club finally confirmed the signing five days after the former Hellas Verona player completed his medicals at Villa Stuart on Saturday.  According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli will pay €3.5 million for the loan, with an option to purchase the striker for €12 million. It didn’t take long for Kalidou Koulibaly to score his first goal as a Chelsea FC player, and what a goal it was. The central defender scored in the 19th minute from a corner kick.
