Victor Osimhen was named the Power Horse Emerging Player of the Year Award at the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cristiano Giuntoli was nominated for the 2022 Sporting Director of the Year Award, along with Liverpool's Julian Ward and Michael Edwards and AC Milan's Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara. There was little the Napoli goalkeeper could do to stop Ardian Ismajli's header in the 16th minute, but he was solid after that.
