On Saturday, Napoli Primavera officially registered Jorge Alastuey on a free transfer from FC Barcelona. Per footballtalentscout.net, Alastuey joined Barcelona at the age of 13 and progressed through the ranks at La Masía. El Mago (the magician) captained Barcelona's U15 and U16 teams, before winning the Istria Youth Cup in 2018. Alastuey was named MVP of the tournament. Alastuey's development was set back during the 2018/19 season, when the young Spaniard suffered an ACL tear. On Thursday, the FIGC released Daniele Franceschini's squad for the upcoming international break. Included in the 22-man squad is Napoli Primavera central defender Luigi D'Avino. The Azzurrini will play a double friendly against Serbia on Wednesday the 21st and Saturday the 24th of September.
