On Tuesday, Napoli Femminile central defender Melissa Nozzi was amongst four players to be named MVPs of the 22nd Round of the Serie B Femminile. Nozzi scored her second goal of the season in Napoli's 4-0 routing of Cesena on Sunday. In a shocking turn of events, Napoli Femminile announced on its official social media pages that the club and Dimitri Lipoff have mutually agreed to terminate the coach's contract due to differences on the technical and organizational management of the team. Napoli Femminile have announced, through the club's official social media channels, the signing of ex-Sampdoria and Moroccan international player Sabah Seghir. The 22 year old midfielder joins from Serie A club US Sampdoria, where she's made 17 appearances over the last season-and-a-half. Sampdoria are currently second from the bottom of the Serie A table.
