With their promotion back to Serie A, Napoli Femminile have begun building a squad with the hopes of staying up.
On Monday, the Azzurre announced they had secured the services of three Roma players on loan: Valentina Gallazzi, who spent last season on loan at Pomigliano; Alice Corelli, another ex-Pomigliano player; and Primavera player Nina Kajzba.
On Tuesday, Napoli announced the acquisition of five additional players, all on loan from Juventus: forward Marija Banusic, who has 12 goals in the top flight during her time with Parma, Pomigliano and Roma; defender Alice Pellinghelli and midfielder Alice Giai, both of whom played for Hellas Verona in Serie B last season; goalkeeper Beatrice Beretta, who defender the Como goal last season; and left-footed defender Sofia Bertucci.
Finally, on Wednesday Napoli announced the signing of forward Paloma Lázaro Torres del Molino. Paloma has 30 career goals in Serie A, having spent time at Fiorentina, Roma and Parma, where she made 63 total appearances.
Meanwhile, defenders Paola Di Marino, Martina Di Bari and Federica Veritti, midfielder Claudia Mauri and forward Elisa del Estal have all extended their contracts with the Partenopee.
