Athletic Trainer Francesco Sinatti Has Resigned

As reported by Il Corriere dello Sport, SSC Napoli Athletic Trainer Francesco Sinatti has resigned, following in the footsteps of Luciano Spalletti and Cristiano Giuntoli. The hiring of Paolo Rongoni, one of three new staff who arrived at the club with Rudi Garcia, might have accelerated the decision.
