Roberto Mancini has named his 26-man squad for Italy’s upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers and three Napoli players have been included in the squad: goalkeeper Alex Meret, wing back Giovanni Di Lorenzo and forward Matteo Politano. Giacomo Raspadori was not called up as he continues to recover from a thigh injury.
Italy kick off their Euro qualifying campaign at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Sunday the 26th of March. The match against England will be the first national team match at the Maradona since October of 2013, when the Stadio San Paolo hosted a World Cup qualifier against Armenia.
