On Thursday, SSC Napoli issued a statement on the club’s official website confirming that Giacomo Raspadori has suffered a thigh injury. The injury was first reported in Wednesday’s training report, which noted that Raspadori ended training early due to a thigh strain and would undergo further tests. Tests on Thursday confirmed “a second-degree strain of the semimembranosus muscle of the left thigh.” Raspadori has already commenced therapies but injuries of this nature typically require 4-6 weeks of recovery time.
