On Friday, Napoli Femminile announced the signing of central defender Federica Veritti. From the class of 1999, the sometimes-winger comes from Sassari Torres, with whom she made five appearances (including Napoli’s 0-1 victory) earlier this season.

The defender will wear the number 17 and will be available to coach Dimitri Lipoff on Sunday when the Partenopee host Genoa in Cercola.
Veritti looks forward to contributing to the collective goal of the team.
“I am very happy to have landed in Naples. It is an important step for my career. I already know some of my teammates and I’m sure I’ll join the group quickly. I played against the Azzurri with Torres and I know what the value of the team is. I hope to give my contribution to achieve the goal we set for ourselves.”
