On Friday, Serie C club Ancona Calcio confirmed they have secured the sporting services of former Napoli Primavera player Coli Saco on a dry loan.
“2002 Saco Coli arrives from Naples on loan. Born in Créteil, Saco joined Le Havre’s youth academy in 2017 at the age of 15, before moving to Sochaux a year later. He then moved on to the Lionceaux youth team, taking part in the 2019-20 Coupe Gambardella. In October 2020, Saco joined Milan’s academy, later moving to Napoli where Saco began training with the first team under manager Luciano Spalletti . Last summer he moved to Pro Vercelli, a Serie C team, on a season-long loan. He then made his debut for the club on 3rd of September, starting and playing 90 minutes in a 1–0 league win against Padova. On the 5th of November, he scored his first professional goal against Albinoleffe. In June 2023, Saco was included in the squad of the Malian Under-23 national team. Saco is a left-footed midfielder, appreciated mainly for his physical characteristics. The player will join the team in the coming days.
