Roberto Mancini has named his 26-man squad for Italy’s upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers and three Napoli players have been included in the squad: goalkeeper Alex Meret, wing back Giovanni Di Lorenzo and forward Matteo Politano. Giacomo Raspadori was not called up as he continues to recover from a thigh injury. Italy kick off their Euro qualifying campaign at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Sunday the 26th of March. The UEFA Champions League Quarter-final and Semi-final draw was conducted at the House of European Football in Switzerland on Friday. SSC Napoli was the final club to be drawn, moments after AC Milan. Meanwhile, the other Italian club in the competition, Inter Milan, drew Benfica. On Wednesday, SSC Napoli announced that the contract of Stanislav Lobotka has been extended to 2027, with a club option for an additional year.
