Stanislav Lobotka played 77 minutes in Slovakia’s 3-0 victory over Liechtenstein in UEFA Euro 2024 Group J Qualifying. Once again, Lobotka played as the regista in Francesco Calzona’s 4-3-3 formation. With Slovakia scoring three goals in the opening six minutes, the match was over shortly after it began. Nevertheless, Lobotka remained the key player in the midfield, linking the Slovakia and the defense. Despite the lead, he continued to fight to recover the ball in the non-possession phase of the game.
