On Tuesday, Lega Serie B issued a statement confirming the release of the schedule for the 2023/24 Primavera 2 campaign.
“The curtain rises on Spring 2 2023/2024 . The new season promises to be extremely interesting and hard-fought, with prestigious clubs and very young talents to admire, ready to challenge each other with goals and high-level performances.
New this year is the asymmetrical calendar : the second round, therefore, will not reflect the first round, for the benefit of entertainment and unpredictability.
The 1st day will start on 09/16/2023 for a total of 30 rounds with the last one to be played on 05/18/2024 .
As usual, playoffs (quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals) and playouts (round-trip) will decree promotion to the Primavera 1 Championship and permanence in the Primavera 2 Championship respectively.”
Napoli have been placed in Girone B, along with: Ascoli, Bari, Benevento, Cesena, Cosenza, Crotone, Monopoli, Palermo, Perugia, Pescara, Pisa, Salernitana, Spezia, Ternana and Virtus Entella.
