On Tuesday, Lega Serie A issued Official Communication No. 195 for the 31st round of matches of the 2022/23 Serie A campaign contested between the 21st and 24th of April. These are the words of Sports Judge Gerardo Mastandrea, assisted by Stefania Ginesio and by representative of the AIA Carlo Moretti:
“Fine of €15,000 to the Juventus Club for its supporters, before the start of the match, addressing an offensive chorus to the match director; also, for its supporters, during the match, repeatedly singing insulting chants of territorial origin towards the supporters of the opposing team.”
Meanwhile, Juventus assistant coach Marco Landucci was also fined and suspended for one match.
“One-day ban and fine of €5,000:
Landucci Marco (Juventus): for having, at the end of the match, in the locker room area, addressed to the coach of the opposing team with offensive and threatening epithets: infraction detected by the collaborator of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.”
