Residents of Campania Prohibited from Attending Inter-Napoli

As reported by Rai News, the prefect of Milano, Renato Saccone, has prohibited the sale of tickets to residents of Campania for Wednesday’s match between Inter Milan and Napoli.

The decision was taken after an assessment by the Security Analysis Committee for safety of sporting events, who “recognised the concrete danger of violent actions by the extreme fringes of ultra supporters, suggesting to the prefect the preventive measure of adopting the ban on the sale of tickets to residents of Campania.”

Tickets already purchased by residents of Campania will be canceled and refunded. The only exception will be for holders of the Internazionale FC fidelity card.
