On Sunday, Lega Serie A issued Official Communication No. 84 for the 13th round matches of the 2022/23 Serie A campaign contested between November 4th and 5th. These are the words of Sports Judge Gerardo Mastandrea, assisted by Stefania Ginesio and by the representative of the AIA Carlo Moretti:
A €25,000 fine to Atalanta for having its supporters, before the competition and during the game, repeatedly singing insulting chants of a territorial origin, as well as outrageous chants of religious origin, perceived by all the collaborators of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office positioned in the various parts of the stadium (€12,000); to have, moreover, his supporters, at the end of the match, chanting an insulting chorus towards the Race Director (€3,000); finally, for its supporters, during the match and at the end of the game, having thrown, also in the direction of the referee and a player of the opposing team, objects of various kinds onto the playing field that did not hit anyone (€10,000 ).
A €5,000 fine to Napoli for having its supporters, in the 44th minute of the first half, repeatedly chanting an insulting chorus towards the coach of the opposing team, perceived by all the collaborators of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office positioned in the various parts of the plant
