On Thursday, Calcio Foggia 1920 announced that it had temporarily acquired the right to the sports performance of Filippo Costa from SSC Napoli. The defender joins the Rossoneri on a season-long loan, ending on June 30, 2023.
Napoli acquired Costa from SPAL in 2019, but the left back has been unable to break into the first team. Foggia will be the fourth club he joins on loan, after SSC Bari, Virtus Entella and Parma Calcio 1913.
