SSC Napoli Announces New Partnership with MatchWornShirt

On Friday, SSC Napoli announced a new partnership with MatchWornShirt, a company who specializes is selling match-worn and autographed football shirts. As noted by Napoli’s Chief International Development Partner, Tommaso Bianchini, this partnership is the latest in a series of partnerships intended to improve international fan engagement.

We are pleased to welcome MatchWornShirt within our network of international partners. Through this innovative digital platform we will allow our fans from all over the world to be able to collect the jerseys worn by our players during official matches. After the restyling of the new official website we have planned many other innovations to involve our fans more and more on a digital level: from the upcoming launch of the new App to the creation of a new Loyalty platform, our agreement with MatchWornShirt adds to this strategy an additional element of engagement of our fan base.”

The partnership is consistent with Napoli’s strategy to grow its presence in the digital space. Earlier this year, Napoli announced a partnership with OneFootball, who specialize in producing digital collectibles. In 2021, Napoli partnered with Socios.com to produce the first ever Napoli fan token, $NAP.

MatchWornShirt founder Tijmen Zonderwijk commented on the new partnership as well.
